Incident Summary:

02/18/2014: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated in Hillah city, Babil governorate, Iraq. This was one of seven such attacks in Babil and one of four such attacks in Hillah on this day. At least seven people were killed and 35 others were injured across the four attacks. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, police officials attributed the attacks to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
