Incident Summary:

02/17/2014: Assailants attacked an Afghan National Army (ANA) patrol in Nimroz province, Afghanistan. At least two ANA soldiers were killed and another two were injured in the assault; in addition, an unknown number of assailants were killed by retaliatory fire. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, the provincial governor attributed the attack to the Taliban.
