Incident Summary:

02/00/2014: Sometime between February 1, 2014 and February 28, 2014, assailants attacked Banki, Borno, Nigeria. Several residences were set on fire and an unknown number of girls were abducted in the incident. At least one hostage escaped and returned home with a four month old child on December 22, 2017. The fate of the remaining hostages is unknown. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to Boko Haram.
