02/01/2014: A police vehicle was set on fire in Muang town, Nan province, Thailand. There were no reported casualties; however, the vehicle was damaged in the blaze. This was one of two arson attacks targeting police vehicles in the province on the same day. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
