Incident Summary:

01/29/2014: Assailants opened fire on Raed Fares outside his residence in Kafr Nabl town, Idlib governorate, Syria. Fares, a Radio Fresh manager, was injured in the assault. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
