Incident Summary:

01/24/2014: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated after it was surrounded by police in Xinhe county in Aksu district, Xinjiang province, China. At least two people, both of whom were inside the vehicle, were killed as a result of the blast. This was one of four such attacks in Xinhe on this day. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents.
