01/24/2014: An explosive device detonated near Thailand National Police vehicles in Than To district, Yala province, Thailand. At least one police officer was killed and at least three others were wounded as a result of the blast and in the ensuing firefight. No group claimed responsibility; however sources attributed the attack to separatists.
