01/21/2014: An explosive device was discovered and defused in front of the residence of Ahmed El-Zend, the head of the Egyptian Judges' Club and an outspoken critic of the Muslim Brotherhood, in Tanta city, Gharbia governorate, Egypt. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Muslim Brotherhood.
