Incident Summary:

12/13/2013: Gunmen opened fire on two police officers in Swabi tehsil, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, Pakistan. The two police officers, who were on their way to escort a polio vaccination team, were killed in the attack. This was one of two similar attacks on targets related to polio eradication efforts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on this day. No group has claimed responsibility for the incident.
