Incident Summary:

11/23/2013: An explosive device planted in a handcart detonated near an Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF) vehicle in Khost city, Khost province, Afghanistan. At least one soldier was killed and seven civilians were injured in the blast. This was one of two bombings in Khost on the same day; this first explosion targeted the military vehicle. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents.
