Incident Summary:

11/20/2013: An assailant planted a timed explosive device in a rail car at the Kamakhya station in Kamakhya town, Assam state, India. Authorities were able to diffuse the device before it detonated. This was one of three attempted bombings in Assam state on this day. The National Liberation Front of Bengalis (NLFB), has claimed responsibility for the coordinated incidents.
