Incident Summary:

11/17/2013: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated targeting a police patrol in the New Baghdad area of Baghdad city, Baghdad governorate, Iraq. The blast missed the patrol, striking civilians instead. At least three people were killed and another 10 people were injured in the attack. This was one of six attacks involving explosives-laden vehicles in Baghdad city on this day. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
