Incident Summary:

10/31/2013: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated near a car dealership in Khales town, Diyala governorate, Iraq. This was one of two attacks at the same location; this is earlier blast was designed to draw a crowd that was targeted in a later blast. At least one police officer and four civilians were killed and another 11 people were injured in both blasts. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
