Incident Summary:

10/21/2013: A landmine detonated targeting soldiers in Luna Norte town, North Cotabato province, Philippines. At least one soldier was killed and at least four others were injured in the attack. This was one of two related attacks in the area on the same day. This blast occurred as military personnel were responding to a previous incident. No group claimed responsibility for the attacks; however, military officials attributed them to the New People's Army (NPA).
