Incident Summary:

09/29/2013: A suicide bomber detonated outside the Marjah Security Compound in Marjah district, Helmand province, Afghanistan. In addition to the bomber, at least two people, a police officer and a civilian, were killed and three civilians were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility; however, officials attributed the attack to the Taliban.
