09/20/2013: Assailants fired a rocket at a Police General Directorate annex building in Ankara city, Ankara province, Turkey. The rocket struck the building but did not cause any casualties. This was one of two attacks on the police compound on this day. No group claimed responsibility; however, authorities attributed the incident to the Devrimici Halk Kurtulus Cephesi (DHKP/C).

Successful Attack
Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack.
