Incident Summary:

08/14/2013: Two assailants on a motorcycle threw a grenade at Mount Carmel Cathedral, opposite the tomb of Bishop Benjamin De Jesus, in Jolo municipality, Sulu province, Philippines. Two people were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, military sources attributed the attack to the Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG).
