Incident Summary:

07/28/2013: Two Armenian children were kidnapped near the Syria-Turkey border in Aleppo governorate, Syria. The children were traveling from Aleppo to Armenia in a minibus with seven women. The women were allowed to continue across the border. The two children were released two days later, on July 30th. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
