07/14/2013: Two mortar shells were shot at a restaurant in the Al-Sulaymaniyah neighborhood, Aleppo city, Aleppo governorate, Syria. One person was killed, three people were injured, and the restaurant was damaged in this attack. No group claimed responsibility for this incident; however, sources attribute the attack to the Free Syrian Army (FSA).

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
Criterion 2
