Incident Summary:

07/11/2013: Assailants opened fire on a Citizen Armed Forces Geographical Unit (CAFGU) base in New Tuburan village, North Cotabato province, Philippines. This was one of two attacks in the area; the assailants had earlier attacked a CAFGU detachment in Lampagang. There were no reported casualties from the incident. Police officials attributed the attack to the New People's Army (NPA).
