Incident Summary:

07/11/2013: A suicide bomber detonated at a Shia funeral in Muqdadiyah town, Diyala governorate, Iraq. This was one of two bombings at the funeral within a short period; this incident was targeting emergency personnel responding to an earlier bombing. In addition to the bomber, at least 10 people were killed and another 22 were injured across both attacks. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, sources speculate Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) was involved.
