Incident Summary:

07/11/2013: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated at a Shia funeral in Muqdadiyah town, Diyala governorate, Iraq. This was one of two bombings targeting the funeral on this date. At least 10 people were killed and another 22 were injured across both attacks. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, sources speculate Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) was involved.
