07/06/2013: Two land mines exploded next to a military patrol in Gabao village, Sorsogon province, Philippines. One assailant was killed when the soldiers fired on the attackers. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, authorities attributed the attack to the New People's Army (NPA).
