Incident Summary:

07/02/2013: Vehicles rigged with explosive devices detonated outside of the Manawi Basha Hotel in Basrah city, Al Basrah governorate, Iraq. Three people were wounded and the windows of the hotel were shattered in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspect the involvement of Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
