Incident Summary:

06/30/2013: A gunman opened fire on a police station in Hawija town, Kirkuk, Iraq. The shooting was followed immediately by a suicide bomber who detonated in the station and a second suicide bomber who rammed an explosives-laden vehicle into the building. Three police officers were killed and five other people were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
