Incident Summary:

06/19/2013: Perpetrators kidnapped three people including a police officer and a soldier in Tikrit city, Saladin governorate, Iraq. The three victims were all related. The bodies of the victims were found June 20, 2013 after they had been shot and killed. The perpetrators left the bodies in a car rigged with three explosive devices. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
