06/18/2013: Gunmen opened fire on unspecified targets in the Abra neighborhood of Sidon village, South, Lebanon. One person was killed and four others were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, authorities described the perpetrators as Muslim fundamentalists and followers of Sunni cleric Ahmad al-Assir, and speculated that the attack was likely in response to Hezbollah's intervention in Syria.
