06/10/2013: Six suicide bombers detonated an explosives-laden vehicle and attacked the Independent Election Commission (IEC) provincial office building in Qalat city, Zabul province, Afghanistan. All six attackers were killed and 18 people were injured in the ensuing firefight. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incident.
