06/09/2013: Assailants launched explosive devices at the village of Sipi, Choco department, Colombia. Two children were killed and two others were injured when one of the devices hit their home. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, authorities attributed the attack to the National Liberation Army of Colombia (ELN).
