Incident Summary:
05/26/2013: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated at a civilian house targeting security forces responding to a previous attack in Shora town, Nineveh governorate, Iraq. This was one of two blasts that occurred at the same location on this day. At least three people, including two soldiers and a police officer, were killed and 30 others, including civilians, were injured across the two attacks. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.

Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
