05/15/2013: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated near a government building in Kirkuk city, Kirkuk, Iraq. Four people were killed and five others were injured in the blast. This was one of two bombings near the government building on the same day; this explosion was designed to target people responding to an earlier attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents.
