05/14/2013: Approximately 70 assailants attacked a police post with mortars and gunfire in El Pepino area, Putumayo department, Colombia. One police officer was killed and four others were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incident to the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC).
