05/14/2013: An explosive device attached to a motorcycle detonated in a market in Safa area, Garmser district, Helmand province, Afghanistan. Three people were killed and nine others, including two police officers, were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, officials attributed the attack to the Taliban.
