05/10/2013: A suicide bomber in an explosives-laden vehicle detonated near a police check post in Tagab district, Kapisa province, Afghanistan. The provincial governor was in the vicinity of the blast but was not harmed, although three people, including the bomber, were killed and four more people, including three other assailants, were injured. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources speculate that the Taliban was involved in the attack.
