04/23/2013: A car bomb detonated outside the French embassy in Tripoli city, Tripoli district, Libya. Two French guards and one civilian were injured in the attack. Al-Qaida in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM) claimed responsibility for the attack saying that it was taking revenge for French intervention in Mali.
