04/17/2013: A roadside mine detonated near a civilian vehicle in Aliabad village, Shindand district, Herat province, Afghanistan. Seven civilians were killed in the blast and four were injured. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, police attributed the attack to the Taliban.
