Incident Summary:

03/23/2013: Two suicide bombers detonated their explosives at a Joint Task Force (JTF) checkpoint in Kano city, Kano state, Nigeria. The assailants were killed and three soldiers were wounded. Four other assailants were captured in the vicinity of the checkpoint. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed it to Boko Haram.
