03/12/2013: The vehicle of a local police commander, Mulla Zainuddin, was struck by a remote controlled roadside bomb as it rode in a wedding procession in Sperwan, Panjwayee district, Kandahar province, Afghanistan. Zainuddin was killed and two of his guards were injured in the attack. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incident.
