03/11/2013: An explosive device detonated at the home of a local political official in Moreh, Manipur, India. The home belonged to Sesei Zou, who was unharmed in the attack; however, one person was reported injured. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, the Kachin National Organization accused the United Kuki Liberation Front (UKLF) for having carried out the explosion. The UKLF denied the accusation.

Criteria
Criteria 1
