Incident Summary:

03/03/2013: Assailants attacked the offices of the Renaissance FM radio station in the Koloma neighborhood of Conakry city, Conakry region, Guinea. When the perpetrators failed to gain entry to the station, they hurled stones at windows. No one was hurt in the attack, which was the second such incident involving radio stations in Conakry in less than a week. No group claimed responsibility for the incident, but authorites believed the attack was perpetrated by individuals who were angry about the media's coverage of the upcoming national elections.
