Incident Summary:

02/26/2013: Unidentified assailants planted explosive devices underneath an oil pipeline in Sirwah, Marib, Yemen. The pipeline was damaged in the blast and the subsequent fire. There was no claim of responsibility for this attack; however, sources indicate that such attacks are often carried out by Al-Qa'ida in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP).
