Incident Summary:

02/24/2013: A suicide bomber detonated outside of the National Directorate of Security (NDS) office in Jalalabad city, Nangarhar province, Afghanistan. In addition to the attacker, two people were killed and three others were wounded. This was one of three such attacks on this day in Afghanistan, all of which were claimed by the Taliban.
