Incident Summary:

02/13/2013: An explosive device detonated at Black Sea junction near a group of government soldiers in the Hodon district of Mogadishu, Banaadir region, Somalia. Two civilians died and two were injured in the blast. This was one of three attacks in Mogadishu, at least two of which were targeting soldiers, on February 13th, 2013. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources suspect that Al-Shabaab was behind the incident.
