Incident Summary:

01/25/2013: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle near a market in Jado Khail village, Tagab district, Kapisa province, Afghanistan. The bomber was attempting to target a North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) supply convoy; however, the blast missed the convoy and struck civilian houses instead. At least five civilians were killed in the blast and at least 15 more were injured. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incident.
