Incident Summary:

01/20/2013: Gunmen opened fire on Rafael Mauricio Giron Ulchur between Jambalo and Toribio towns, Cauca, Colombia. Ulchur, the Jambalo City Council president, was killed in the attack. No group claimed responsibility; however, the Association of Indigenous Councils (ACIN) attributed the incident to the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC).
