01/11/2013: Assailants on a motorcycle opened fire on Rilwanu Gazama in Gombe city, Gombe, Nigeria. Gazama, a police official and the ex-aide of the former governor of Gombe, was killed in the attack. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources suspect that Boko Haram was behind the incident.
