01/09/2013: An explosive device hidden in a bag detonated in Kharjan area, Tinsukia district, Assam state, India. A child found the device and began to play with it when it exploded, killing three children and injuring two other people. Officials attributed the incident to the United National Liberation Front (UNLF); however, the UNLF denied responsibility.
