Incident Summary:

01/03/2013: Assailants planted an explosive device at a section of the Ecopetrol-owned Cano Limon-Covenas pipeline near Toledo, Norte de Santander, Colombia. There were no reported casualties resulting from the blast, although the pipeline was damaged and oil contaminated a nearby river. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspect that National Liberation Army of Colombia (ELN) was involved.
