Incident Summary:

12/31/2012: Three explosives-laden vehicles detonated simultaneously in Balad Ruz town, Diyala governorate, Iraq. Four Shia pilgrims were injured by the blast. This was one of 19 coordinated attacks across the country on the same day. Al-Qaida in Iraq claimed responsibility for the incidents.
