Incident Summary:

11/24/2012: At least one explosive device detonated targeting a Shia celebration of Ashura in Sanaa, Amanat Al Asimah, Yemen. Assailants fired upon the crowd following the blast, killing at least three people and injuring another nine members of the Huthi community. Al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) is believed to be responsible for the sectarian attack.
